Getting informations
The website obtains information about Users and their behavior in the following way:
through voluntarily entered information in the form regarding the inquiry to the Administrator;
by saving cookie files in the User's end devices (so-called "cookies").

Data processing
As part of the process of sending data via the forms regarding: sending a query to the Administrator, the User receives the information referred to in art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR and agrees to the collection and processing of personal data by the Administrator in the manner and for the purposes described in the relevant consent clauses and this document. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but required to:
preparing and answering the User's inquiry sent via the contact form, but failure to provide data will result in the Administrator's inability to handle the inquiry;

The Administrator does not process Users' personal data using automated decision making tools, including profiling.
Purposes of data processing
The administrator processes personal data in order to fulfill the query submitted by the user. Personal data processed for other purposes each time require consent through the active action of the User after prior notification of the purpose, time and scope of processing. Fulfilling a legally justified purpose, in particular direct marketing of own products or services, while respecting your rights and freedoms, the Administrator may process data in the scope indicated in the form when submitting the inquiry:

The scope of processed data
The processing of Users' data takes place in the scope of:
preparing and answering the User's inquiry sent via the contact form (data scope: e-mail and other data provided voluntarily by the User appearing in the message to the Administrator) - due to the fact that processing is necessary to take action at the request of the person whose the data concerns, prior to the conclusion of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
conducting direct marketing (the scope of data depends on the information voluntarily provided by the User and data on the User's activity recorded and stored via cookies) - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. due to the fact that processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party;
sending commercial information by electronic means in accordance with art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (the scope of data voluntarily provided by the User) - on the basis of a separate consent;
use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for the purposes of direct marketing in accordance with Art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (the scope of data voluntarily provided by the User) - on the basis of a separate consent;
fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with running a business (scope of data that the User has voluntarily provided) - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. due to the fact that processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

Each User may request:

deletion of personal data,
transfer of personal data,
withdraw consent at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

The administrator informs about rectification or deletion of personal data or limitation of processing, which he made in accordance with the request of the User, each recipient to whom personal data was disclosed, unless it turns out to be impossible or will require a disproportionate effort.
Cooperating entities
Depending on the processes related to the type of service, the Administrator may transfer data to entities necessary for the proper implementation of the process. In the case of delivery of products, the data is transferred to couriers or postal operators for the purpose of delivery. In the case of customer service (inquiries and claims), the data is made available to entities providing support in the indicated scope.
Entrusting the processing
For the proper functioning of the website, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities. The administrator uses only the services of such processors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the Regulation and protects the rights of the data subjects.
The Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities: service providers providing the Administrator with technical, IT and organizational solutions (in particular computer software providers, e-mail and hosting providers) - the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the User to a selected provider acting on his behalf only in the case and in the event of to the extent necessary to achieve the given purpose of data processing in accordance with this privacy policy.
All entities entrusted by the Administrator with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
The administrator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
